The 4-bedroomed villa is in a quiet area, to the west of the I-4 main Orlando-Tampa route. Approximately 1 mile from highway US192 where there is a Wynn Dixie supermarket and other shops including photography, luggage, chemist, clothing and gifts etc. There are also many well known restaurants.

There is a wide choice of shopping within 10 to 30 minutes drive, including Downtown Disney.. the Florida, Buena Vista, and Premium Outlets Malls ... Publix, Target, and Wal-Mart supermarkets. It is some 4 miles to Celebration, the upmarket Walt Disney town with specialist restaurants, shopping and lakeside leisure facilities. For the golf enthusiast there is an abundance of courses from which to choose.

Comfortably furnished with 2 and 3 seater sofas, extending coffee tables and lamps. The lounge has 32" TV, video and DVD housed in purpose built cabinet with a large choice of channels via cable. Stereo radio/CD/tape player is situated in the dining area.

Large 30 x 15 optionally heated pool with a glass block waterfall from a spa tub. The bubbles are switched on and off by a one touch electronic control. Colourwheel lighting gives a continuous and variable colour change to the pool for the evening swims. Switchable alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool/patio area for the safety of young children. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including a large electric oven, large microwave and built in extractor fan, American fridge/freezer with ice making section, dishwasher and electric waste disposal unit. Leading off the kitchen there is a utilities area with washing machine, tumbledryer, ironing board and iron.

Both master bedrooms have large American king beds, full ensuite facilities with roman style bath/showers and step in wardrobes and both have TVs and telephones. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded with a family bath/shower room between. Again there are large step in wardrobes and TVs. One has a fishing theme and the other a Disney theme. All bedding and towels are supplied as well as two hairdryers. We also have available a Greco cot and baby creche, high chair and a couple of lightweight buggies and no extra charge.

The garage has been converted into a comfortable games room being decorated, carpeted and fully airconditioned.    It is equipped with a pool table, Fuss Ball, Electonic Darts and TV with DVD player.

We are Pat and Keith and we would love you to enjoy our home for your vacation. The home is about 10/15 minutes to Disney theme parks and Downtown Disney. Other theme parks such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Gatorland are within 20/40 minutes drive. Cape Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are both about 1.5 hours drive away. There is a very large choice of evening entertainment, with speciality shows such as Arabian Nights and, Medieval Banquet and Cirque du Soleil to name but three.
